Listen in as fresh produce industry expert CIERTO teams up with EFI for a deep dive into responsible recruitment. Because these leaders understand the value of our front-line workers, they also know the quality of our workforce determines the quality of our products. This session will provide an overview of common practices and risks in the H2A program and by farm labor providers across the industry. The speakers will analyze not only how to avoid these risks but also how to proactively attract qualified, professional labor using innovative tools and resources.

Especially useful for human resources and compliance personnel, but also aimed at the needs of anyone in a leadership role of a farm operation, the key takeaways for this inciteful discussion will be:

  • How responsible recruitment addresses the greatest risks to the fresh produce industry
  • The value of becoming a "preferred employer" to improve business performance
  • Available resources and tools to assess labor recruitment risks
