Gretta Siebentritt
Director of Workforce Development
EFI

Gretta is director of Workforce Development for Equitable Food Initiative. In addition to designing and delivering customized on-farm leadership training, she manages EFI’s dynamic on-farm training schedule and growing team of staff and contract facilitators. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Gretta serves as a language resource for the organization as it expands throughout the Americas and is also responsible for EFI’s security policy.

Early in her career, Gretta helped found a legal aid office and health clinic serving refugees. She lived in El Salvador for several years and worked as a human rights monitor specializing in human displacement and refugee flows in Central America and Haiti. Prior to joining EFI, she operated her own consultancy, collaborating on community-based adult education programs and providing a variety of multilingual/multicultural services to non-profit organizations. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from William and Mary. 

 

Pamela Aceves
HRBP Director for F&A & IT
NatureSweet

Pamela is the human resources business partner (HRBP) director for Finance and Administration (F & A) and IT at NatureSweet. She has over 12 years of business experience with a focus on achieving operational and financial results with greater competitiveness, security and quality in business processes. She has held several positions in the area of human resources management at NatureSweet in the last 12 years. 

Before working at  NatureSweet, where she began as human resources coordinator in Guadalajara, Mexico, Pamela worked at several human resources positions in various companies. She has degrees from the Universidad Panamericana in industrial engineering, human resources management and more.
